For those who want to belong to the elite in the future it is never too early to work on their careers and show appropriate achievements.
The Academy for Junior Managers (AJM) at the Knechtsteden grammar school prepares upper school pupils for their later studies and job in a practice-oriented way. The St. Gallen management principle is used here. The pupils are taught competences, methods and qualifications that are essential for successful studies and work. Responsible for AJM is the Norbert-Gymnasium e.V., which executes educational tasks on a non-profit basis.
In the course of the biennial academy education, the central question how to found and manage a company is discussed. The following aspects are examined in a practice-oriented way: business environment, business plan and business case, marketing, factoring, corporate ethics.

All participants get a certificate from the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and an AJM certificate.
PlusServer supports this project, because we consider it a very important task to promote young business talents at an early stage in order to be able to compete economically with other nations also in the future. Especially in our branch there is a great number of people who start their companies based on a good idea in early life, and are very successful later on (for example the founders of PlusServer). Such projects like AJM are therefore very valuable for broadening the way for young talents and their ingenious ideas.
