On seven days a week, even on holidays, our staff is available around the clock to clear failures and to give feedback during the fault clearance process.

The Service Plus

Our own development division advises new customers regarding solutions for special projects. Moreover, individual demands in the areas hard- and software can be realized in a quick and easy way.

Besides the general installation of the server, third-party software, your own programs or customer scripts can be installed or, if desired, services like web or mail servers can be rebooted.

In the context of increased attacks against servers, system security has become the most important factor. PlusServer installs all current and relevant security patches and updates on the server and monitors the availability of all important functionalities.

The servers are controlled 24/7 by a special monitoring system. Thus, the availability of main services like web or mail is checked every 15 minutes. If they should not respond to requests, the support team automatically fixes the failure. If a hardware failure should occur, the server will be fixed at once or replaced if necessary.
